Handheld Tiny Microscope

Handheld Tiny Microscope

thingiverse

Create a low-cost, mini microscope in just nine minutes using two discarded DVD player lenses and a spring, a needle, and four screws/bolts. Print the required design file preferably in dark color. Assemble the lenses between the plates, followed by attaching the components with screws and bolts. Position the spring at a 90-degree angle around the longer screw to hold the needle perpendicularly to the lens. Explore objects under natural sunlight or artificial light for optimal viewing of cells or thin objects like potato peels. Carry the mini telescope outdoors to observe petals, grass, leaves, moss, and lichens.
