This mount fits any drill with a 48mm diameter, secured by springs that enable smoother drilling. It ensures straight holes every time. Printed at 40% infill, these parts are incredibly tough. The friction-fit drill mount glides effortlessly along the guides after initial break-in; a round file can be used to fine-tune if needed. Guides made from 3/8" aluminum round stock measure about one foot in length (9.50-52 diameter). Mounting holes and end caps, measuring 9.5mm in diameter, secure friction fit. Everything holds up well after being tapped into place with a rubber mallet. Printed at 210°C for the first layer, 205°C for the rest using Real Blue PLA from Solutech.
