DISCLAIMER: I am not responsible for what you do with this item. The item itself is safe to use if used correctly. Use common sense and never swing the target so that it moves to an unsafe trajectory, never hit yourself or others with the pole, and never step in front of the shooter. This project was inspired by someone's creative idea on YouTube. I designed something similar after seeing their video. The concept is simple: attach a hanger to a 3/4 inch PVC pipe/pole, then add split rings to hold binder clips, which will hold your target (we used cardboard behind ours to minimize flapping in the wind). One person stands behind the shooter and holds the pole over their shoulder, allowing them to slowly move the target and get accustomed to shooting an unpredictable moving target. You can experiment with variations - for instance, add standing targets in the background and challenge the shooter to hit only the moving target without hitting the stationary ones. A hole is provided for a set screw if needed, but when I printed these, they were tight enough on the pole that no screws were required.
