This pull chain, ball chain, pull string knob, handle, finial, fob is engineered for use with standard #6 (3.2mm) ball chain and will also function with smaller chains as long as you utilize a #6 metal connector. This collection includes four different handgun rounds: 9mm, 357 Magnum, 44 Magnum, and 45 ACP. To assemble the pull chain, simply feed the chain through the top of the print and attach a standard #6 connector to it. If using a ball chain and metal connector, you can create a loop around a keyring and hook with the other end of the connector. Alternatively, if you don't have a metal connector, you can print the BALL-CONNECTOR.stl file I've provided. Note that if you print the connector in PLA, it may be a tight fit. To attach the chain to the connector, lay the chain on a hard surface, position the connector over the last ball of the chain, and push down until it snaps into place. You can also use string with a large knot tied in the end. When printing this pull chain, I usually opt for 10% infill, however, if you plan to use it on a ceiling fan, you may want to consider using a higher infill for added weight.
