A possible alternative could be found using this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2994325 In my experience, the large nut and bolt combination proved most effective as it provided a firmer grip during critical situations. Both ends of the device feature knurling for improved grip even when hands are wet with sweat. I can confirm that the opposing party is unable to access the bolt and undo it.
