A novel design for a tremor-reducing glove utilizes polymeric materials, particularly a reinforced elastomer in the wristband that absorbs vibrations. The wristband is connected to a solid structure on its outside and to the wrist on its inside, enabling efficient absorption of wrist vibrations. Five thin tubes stretch from the wrist to fingertips, constructed of the same material as the wristband. These restrict finger movement during tremors but allow free movement for large hand movements. The glove is adjustable to fit any hand size with a Velcro-fastened wrist strap. Three materials - Silicone Sponge, Neoprene Sponge, and Poron-4790-92 - are featured in the accompanying video, with Neoprene used for the wristband to avoid discomfort and Poron for the tubes to prevent large finger swings.
