Hand Tool Holder
thingiverse
I designed this due to my frustration with a cluttered tool box and scattered tools on my workbench. I created it so you can easily manage your hand tools by attaching them together as you expand your collection, thanks to the notch/keys located at the bottom of each tool. Tool Holder 1 is primarily for long, slender hand tools such as screwdrivers, nut drivers, pliers, and allen keys. Tool Holder 2 features trays that can hold small parts like screws and gears in place. For added security, you can glue a powerful magnet to the underside of the trays so your screws don't get misplaced. The bottoms of these holders are tapered, providing stability and allowing you to stack heavy hand tools without worrying about them tipping over. The infill used is up to personal preference, but I opted for 30% to strike a balance between strength and filament usage. Supports should be employed during printing as the bottom sections of the holders have semi-hollow designs that save material but require support to print successfully.
