Featuring a 15-degree of freedom design, this mechanical hand provides flexibility with each finger controlled by three specific movements; one degree of freedom controls the last two knuckles' movement, another governs flexion/extension of the first knuckle, and a third directs abduction/adduction of the same joint. However, additional servos and linkages are required for functionality.
