This competition-worthy handheld siren is comprised of two perfectly proportioned parts, precisely calibrated for the make-it-loud challenge. With its compact size, this hand-held instrument fits neatly within a printer's capacity and effortlessly rests in one's palm. A subtle groove on the lower piece cleverly accepts the pole at the bottom to enable easy insertion into the top part. Upon rotating the handle, the upper component freely spins while the rungs striking each other emit sharp, snapping sounds that reverberate with each overlap.
