hand SIREN
pinshape
Printing the SIREN parts requires precision, so ensure they fit tightly together. Before continuing the print, always test if everything fits perfectly. To visualize how the parts will assemble, check out the video on YouTube. The print is optimized using simplify3D, a reliable slicing software. Within simplify3D, you can adjust the initial height to accommodate the inlay. Initially, set the first height at 56mm and the second height at 78.4mm. If using other clicker programs, adjust the Z value instead. The layer height is typically based on either 0.2mm or 0.8mm. This SIREN model was designed with PLA filament by Ctrl Design. Currently, we're refining the handle design for easier handling and testing the sound quality.
