I wanted a iPad stand that would hang from my shelf, so I could watch my iPad lying flat on my back. The Hand screw clamp with an extended arm made it possible. It can also work as a quick snap-on clamp if you have it set at the right width. Update #1: I lengthened the balancer rod to ensure it goes through the iPad keyboard case.
