Hand-Screw Clamp longer jaws and threads
thingiverse
I've upgraded the jaws by increasing screw spacing to 10mm and jaw length to 25mm, allowing for greater expansion and increased clamping force. I've also added subtle cuts along the jaw's length to compensate for reduced infill density during printing, resulting in enhanced structural integrity. Additionally, I've modified the threads with chamfered ends and extended them by 30mm to match standard clamp components. As these parts are being printed on-site, any issues can be promptly addressed and adjusted as needed.
