Hand Sanitizer Holder (Wall Mounted)

I'm sketching out a design for a hand sanitizer bottle holder that can be mounted on the walls of our university campus where I work. The neck portion features a slot for a regular zip tie, which is fed through to secure the bottle in place and prevent it from falling or being stolen. Further refinements are needed but unfortunately, my country just implemented a movement control order the day after I completed this first print.
