Hand sanitiser dispenser modification

Modification to hand sanitiser dispenser to reduce amount dispensed. We've found that the standard dispensers that are more normally used to dispense soap, dispense too much hand sanitiser which is both wasteful and puts people off using it. This simple collar fits to the common type of dispenser to reduce the amount dispense. See attached picture for fitting instructions
