Hand paddles for swimming

Hand paddles are invaluable tools that help learners master the correct hand angle and positioning when practicing swimming techniques. A variety of paddles exist, many of which can also enhance upper body strength training. One notable example of hand paddles is demonstrated by a printed design suitable for beginners. Novice swimmers should initially use smaller paddles to avoid injury risks, as using large paddles in conjunction with poor technique can cause significant shoulder strain. For further reference, see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hand_paddle Additionally, I've designed finger paddles under the listing Thing #683690. Paddles featured in accompanying photos, along with a hand for scale, are printed representations of smaller paddles. The normal version is similar but larger. Instructions: To utilize this design, print one paddle for each hand. While it doesn't matter which side (top or bottom) of the print faces your hand, ensure that each hand has its respective mirrored version, just as natural hands do with thumbs on opposite sides. The paddles are secured to a hand using rubber tubes, rubber bands, string, zip ties, or other attachments. Typically, commercial paddles come with pre-attached rubber tubes designed for this purpose. I personally utilized sections of old bike inner tube material, inserting them through paddle holes and securing them using pliers; the resulting setup works seamlessly. In practice, any excess rubber attached to the paddle isn't a significant concern; this approach is similar to how commercial paddles function.
