Hand on duplo-compatible block
thingiverse
Create a smaller hand and place it on top of a Duplo-compatible 2x2 block for testing g-code generators with your RapMan printer. There are three options: the hand is embedded in a block, sits on top of a block, or has a Lego-compatible version. This object works well for testing overhangs and small fingers in various software/printer combinations. Visit thingiverse.com/thing:2714 for more information and credits to Domonoky (thingiverse.com/thing:1778). To create your own, use a Duplo-compatible block like the attached one or from the doblo factory (thingiverse.com/thing:2106), make it smaller, and position/merge the two using OpenScad, Netfabb Studio/Meshlab, or Netfabb Pro. For printing parameters, refer to the provided pictures for guidance on filament, settings, and print times.
