Hand on capacitive touch screen

This is the data that a projected capacitive touchscreen (like on cellphones) outputs when a hand is placed upon it. There's an example output from my Matlab function for converting any Z-map into a STL file. The resulting solid has predetermined dimensions, including size and thickness, and can be smoothed with different levels of interpolation.
