To decrease the hand's size by half, place it on a 2x2 DUPLO brick. Alternatively, use a 4x4 DUPLO with a flat surface and add personalized lettering (e.g., partner's name, boss's name, department name, etc.). This design should be easy to print, except for the overhang with index/thumb and duplo roof. For lettering on the 4x4 version, import the mesh in Netfabb Studio, position and export it. Then, use Meshlab to merge the two files by flattening visible layers and exporting as a mesh file.
