Hand Hole Plugs for Coffee Table

This universal plug is engineered for use with vintage coffee tables sold at Leon's furniture stores prior to their discontinuation. Picture the exasperation of assembling LEGOs or playing a board game, only to have a piece slip into one of the holes. These plugs will provide a solution to this problem. The fit may be imperfect due to the unique shape of each coffee table hole and the need for the plug to accommodate all variations. The top portion is intended for printing with wood PLA, followed by staining to achieve the desired color. A total of 20 magnets (12 mm x 2 mm) are required - four per plug and one for a removal tool - to enable the plugs to be removed without flipping the table over. Additionally, superglue (e.g. Gorilla glue) is needed to secure the assembly. An optional screw can be used in the slot underneath to reinforce the assembly and ensure the plug fits more flush with the top surface.
