Hand Harness for Mindfulness
thingiverse
This hand harness is designed for mindfulness exercises that focus on hand movements, featuring components that are peculiar enough to be noticeable, yet comfortable. You'll require three hook pieces, two side anchor pieces, and one circle anchor piece from the printouts. These objects are printed using PLA with 2 shells and a 20% infill. Assemble the pieces as per the illustrations provided or follow these instructions: place the hook pieces between your fingers with the ring at the back of your hand; the side anchors go between your thumb and forefinger and past your pinky, while the circle anchor piece with four circles goes on the back of your hand. Connect the elastic to the hooks according to the diagram - for instance, the hook from between your middle and ring finger connects to the topmost circle, sharing it with the webbing between your forefinger and middle finger. The bottom most circle at the back of your hand connects to the topmost ring on a three-ring circle anchor at your wrist, while the side rings attach to another circle in the center of your wrist's underside. The top ring of this three-ring circle anchor attaches to an orientation-point downward circle anchor, and its other sides connect to their respective side anchors.
