This is the model plane of HAND GLIDER - a budget-friendly, quick-to-assemble, and easy-to-fly aircraft designed to spark kids' interest in aviation and accelerate their progress. As their first construction model plane, it introduces them to essential skills like assembling components, understanding working planes and angles, managing center of gravity, and fine-tuning their planes for flight. To ensure accuracy, they can use additional printable tools and supports, such as wing camber and perpendicular angles for rudder and elevator, which are also included. This model plane is fully scalable, allowing you to choose from two default sizes: 135% and 150%. If you need a different size, simply create it in a slicer application. Note that scaling down below 135% is not recommended. For sizes between 135-149%, use the 135% files as your base, while larger planes should use the 150% version. The wing construction differs for sizes above 150%. To complete the plane, you'll need only CA glue and CA glue activator. When 3D printing, activate brims and bed supports for both wing parts, but not for other parts. You'll need to print one piece of each file, with files starting with xxx% adjusted to their corresponding size, while files without xxx% are universal across all sizes. The center of gravity is located at 1/3 of the wing width, measured from the leading edge. Happy flights and landings! Thank you for sharing your feedback.
