The object undergoes scanning with PBR 4K materials tailored to multiple renders including Corona in 3DsMax, iRay and MentalRay, Vray, Arnold in Maya, Octane in Maya, RedShift in Maya, and RenderMan in Maya. The FBX format is used for 3D Studio Max. The model can be customized using present maps such as albedo, bump, diffuse, gloss, metalless, normal, roughness, and specularColor. The PBR 3D scan utilizes a unique technology, with manual retopology. For Maya import, models can be customized with materials for Arnold, RedShift, RenderMan, vRay or Octane. To use the model in your project, unzip all files from the archive zip into one folder, and ensure .obj file and .ma are in the same folder. Import [model name]_[your render].ma into your project; however, note that upon first import, the model may not be inserted into the scene so it must be imported a second time for successful insertion.
