Tinkercad has been used to create a hand drill, which can be accessed at this link: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/fJrZFfY4l32. The hex shank size is 6.5x7.5mm, but you may adjust it by ungrouping the design and modifying the polygon size. After making changes, ensure to select all, align centers, and group the design. Once printed, clean the hole from supports and chamfer the edges for a perfect fit. The hand drill doesn't require a magnet to keep the shank in place. Print settings include ANYCUBIC I3 MEGARAPS, supports, 0.4mm resolution, and 100% infill. Temperature settings are 230°C for printing and 60°C for the build plate. The creator has also shared a second version of the tool that allows storing bits inside or using it like the first one, and a third version with space for two bits. Check out the second design here: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/l9BJLK66X0L. Share your pictures and modifications to contribute to this useful tool!
