Hand Drill for 3/8" Drill Chuck

Hand Drill for 3/8" Drill Chuck

I crafted this Handle for a drill chuck from a bargain-priced Habor Freight drill. If you wish to create one, but don't desire to purchase a drill solely for this purpose, I've observed them available at Lowe's for approximately seven dollars. You will require a bolt for attaching the chuck to the handle. This bolt measures three inches in length and has a 3/8"-24 thread pitch (TPI). The standard threading on this bolt is suitable for smaller drill chucks, making it compatible with any drill chuck. I manufactured this Handle to accommodate drill bits and counter sink bits, enabling me to ream and clean any holes from my 3D prints. Whenever I export .stl files from Inventor, the scale often becomes altered. Therefore, I simply adjust the scale of my prints by 25.4 in the slicer.
