hand cuffs

Just did a complete overhaul of the chain W ring to attach directly to lock the chain together - a game-changer or a step backward? You be the judge. I'm leaving both chains uploaded, so you can choose which one suits your needs best. Recently remixed the ratchet gear and noticed something surprising: every single person who has downloaded this design owns a reaming tool. Not a single comment about it has been posted. Added larger, better-fitting locking nuts to the mix. To secure them in place, use your thumb and give them a good press while turning - a bit more pressure than turning is required. If you accidentally broke any posts, don't worry; I've printed 20 of these units trying to perfect every detail. After some trial and error, I've finally nailed down the cuffs. This is an entirely new design, and I'm confident it's the best handcuff on this site yet. The original had several major flaws: it was flimsy and prone to breaking with minimal force applied in any direction. The inner mechanisms were weak, and the key needed a serious upgrade. I've addressed all these issues and more. These new cuffs are built to last - super strong, just like police-grade equipment. I've put them through their paces and can confidently say they won't break under stress. Your perp will be staying put in these cuffs. To make things easier for you, I've combined parts files for a reduced number of files and simplified printing. One more thing: print these with PLA; it's the way to go. I've strengthened the design to accommodate PLA, but if you do choose ABS, the posts where you attach the locking nuts may still be prone to breaking. PLA is stronger and less brittle than ABS, so it's the better choice here.
