This is not an item for 3D printing. I designed this primarily for the fun of doing the design, since there aren't many pellet makers out there. First step after parts have been created by your local metal shop: remove the nut and long hex-screw without the nut attached or the long hex-screw in place (long hex screw is just for keeping the whole kit together). Next, put mold parts 1,2 and 3 together on a table and use guide poles to get them in place. Make sure all pieces are oriented correctly so springs on base hit spring holes. Next, place fill plate on top and again make sure it's oriented properly - shouldn't be hard. Remove small hex-screws from fill plate and attach main nut, screwing down until molds just touch the start of the rim on the base. You can screw in the long hex-screw to keep everything oriented. Next is to pour hot lead into the eight fill holes, check lead escape holes on side of molds to see if fill was good. After filling and with long hex-screw removed, take lid (with deer facing toward fill plate) and tighten down nut as far as it will go then remove the nut. Reverse the lid, orient properly again using long-hex-screw hole for guidance. Turn everything upside down and give base a shove onto the lid so small guide holes in lid push back larger guide holes of the fill plate - or next step won't work. With lid (deer facing toward fill plate) attach small hex screws and tighten them down. This should have lid attached to fill plate with a good turn break off excess lead. Remove small hex screws, give whole thing a good shake and pry apart molds if necessary because you are done.
