For printing, I used ABS on my Printrbot; the gears were at 100% fill while the rest was at 40%. You'll also need these parts: (2) 1" hex bolts, (1) 1.5" hex bolt, (3) 1/4 in. nylock bolts, and (2) SR4 bearings with dimensions of 1/4 ID x 5/8 OD x .196. I sourced these parts from my local hardware store. The assembly process is straightforward once you have everything prepared. And as a bonus, I've added a duplicate small gear for those who requested it!
