Hand Crank Mixer
thingiverse
I designed an old-style hand mixer model specifically for printing on my top-down DLP printer. My plan is to use the mixer to frequently stir the resin in my 13-liter vat to ensure proper distribution of its various components, as neglecting this step may result in less-than-desired print outcomes. I'd love to see how others fare when attempting to print this design using an FDM printer, since I don't have one on hand. Please note that you'll need to print out two each of the Small Gear, Beater Shaft, Beater Cap, Beater End, and Top Handle End Cap parts to complete the model. The remaining parts can be printed singly. I've added a remix of some parts which might be more suitable for FDM printing. You can find these revised parts here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2751080. I've marked this as a work-in-progress, as I may still make further additions or changes based on user feedback. If you encounter any difficulties when attempting to print this design, please let me know so that I can try to resolve the issue for you.
