Hand Crank

Replacement Hand Crank for an Early "B&D Workmate" Model Similar to Black & Decker 21321 or WM425. In my case, a 1980s model with nearly all metal construction and wooden top, the plastic swivel-clamp-pegs and hand cranks broke necessitating the need for a replacement part. I designed it, including a double handle option which can be deleted from the OpenScad file if preferred. The double handle aims to provide better leverage for tightening or loosening the clamp. Thicker crank and head are added for reinforcement due to the lesser durability of printed parts compared to molded ones. However, critical dimensions remain unchanged, and angles have been altered only to ease printing which should not significantly matter. The design is mostly parametric except for the "reinforcement cones" on the crank which are temporary solutions. To ensure successful fitting, verify dimensions according to your specific model. Note that the vertical pins may need reinforcement as they broke when stressed; print them horizontally with support turned on for strength. An m10x40 bolt can work if the pins are omitted.
