Hand

This prosthetic device has been engineered to assist individuals with missing fingers. It was designed with several key principles in mind: - Minimizing the number of printed parts - Simplifying the assembly process - Reducing the amount of non-printable components The bolts and nuts used in the joints have been replaced by pieces of 1.75mm filament. - Leaving openings to allow for ventilation - Allowing greater flexibility in the wrist The fingers can be made to flex when pulled by strings such as fishing line, and they extend automatically with the help of elastic cord. A fabric strap with velcro is required to secure the prosthetic to the arm. The model is open-source, making it possible for others to study and modify it to improve its performance. https://youtu.be/0TF3ih02L9A Author: http://www.soniaverdu.es/
