I've utilized an existing Mauser replica to create the necessary parts to convert it into a DL-11 replica. However, this is not an exhaustive list of components needed; you will also require a Mauser rifle and a scope for completion. The scope I built was constructed on a lathe using PVC materials along with a heat sink. Here's how I accomplished it: All initial prints were made possible with a Printrbot running ABS filament. Subsequently, the flash suppressor at the front end required reprinting using a Makerbot variant which resulted in greatly improved print quality. The flash suppressor itself was printed in ABS at 150-micron layer thickness and underwent light sanding before being coated with acrylic paints to achieve the desired finish. These files are based on numerous reference pictures but the dimensions might vary due to my limited access to actual equipment. I'd be more than happy if someone could replicate the scope or heat sink components as these remain necessary additions for your DL-11 replica project. Best of luck, and don't hesitate to share any 3D models you create along the way!
