Hammerhead Karoo 2 Spare Part Bracket Puck

<p>My mount for my Hammerhead Karoo2 broke and I printed the version from c10l, but recognized some necessary improvements to the fit of the Karoo2.&nbsp;</p><p>The tension of the PETG is a little bit increased by lifting the locking latch and I modified the fit of the latch itself. It should have less stress on the PETG overall than the original version. As you can see in the picture it sticks out a bit due to the necessary travel for the tension. I prefer more tension than having the part sitting flat on the mount.&nbsp;</p><p>Moreover I rely on thread forming of the M3 without any inserts. It's a faster fix to my problem and it should be fine, until the original spare part arrives. The next days ride is saved! No excuses :)</p><p>I used PETG, but i don't have any issues so far. It clicks very good and has enough tension with very minimal play. For strength I printed with 4 perimeters and 50% infill. Resolution 0.1mm.</p><p>Don't be surprised, I designed my own supports for the large overhang. They can be snapped right off.&nbsp;</p>
