Hamilton Syringe Rack / Holder (+Storage box)

Here's a holder for Hamilton Syringes (25 µl and 50 µl), to keep them safe and off the table during procedures :). It also works for other standard one-time-use syringes (like insulin needles). If you need a place to safely store the syringes when they are not in use, I also got you covered! I have included .stl files for little holder pieces that fits perfectly into the slots of any standard histology slide box, in order to turn that into a Hamilton syringe storage box. There are 3 sets of files: *2 files for making the upright syringe holder *2 files for making the storage box *1 file that has all the components in the right amounts; if you just want to print everything at once with least amount of hassle INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRINTING AND BUILDING THE UPRIGHT SYRINGE HOLDER 1) Print the components below in the marked amounts: uprightholder_component1_print1.stl - Make 1 print of this uprightholder_component2_print2.stl - Make 2 print of this 2) Assemble the pieces (using the photo as a reference). I made the junctions tight in order for it to be as stable as possible, so no glue needed - a little force in assembly is needed though! :) 3) Done! INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRINTING AND BUILDING THE STORAGE BOX 1) Print the components below in the marked amounts: boxholder_component2_print1.stl - Make 1 print of this boxholder_component1_print2.stl - Make 2 prints of this 2) Place the pieces in a histology box with the marked up holes pointing upwards. There is 1 piece that fits around the syringe plunger stem + 2 pieces for the body. Move the pieces around, using a syringe as a guide, until you feel everything is nice and secure. 3) Done!
