Hello! This is my first redesign for the Anycubic i3 Mega. I was unhappy, like everyone else, about the floppy sensor support design and the random filament feed path. I combined several other designs to create this one. Fixed mounted sensors are closer to the filament reel. In-line pulleys provide a straight feed path. Pulleys multiply the force for the feed gear, eliminating slipping and making the feed stepper motor happier. Supports have good angles from the reel and are angled towards the feed assembly. Printed with PLA at 0.2 mm layer height and 50% infill. This design has worked well for several weeks, so hopefully it will work for you too. Enjoy!
