Remember to use filament certified for contact with food! I used Colorfabb NGEN, which is certified by the FDA in the USA and Europe. You can find the datasheet here: http://colorfabb.com/files/Eastman_PRIS-Eastman-AmphoraTM3D-Polymer-AM3300.pdf This strand is fantastic! I printed with a bed temperature of 50C and a nozzle temperature of 225-230 degrees C, without using a fan. Remember that 3D printing does not produce smooth parts, and bacteria can hide inside the cavities of layers; try to print parts with low resolution to minimize the problem. The parts to be printed are three, so I used less support. The handle has a thread that screws into the mold; you can easily screw it in or out! Good dinner! Burger size: Diameter: 90mm Height: 14mm Weight: approximately 100g Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.200 Infill: 16 - 20 % Notes: Use a fan at 20% with files: "Handle_stamp" Using media files only: "Stamp" If you have problems with print support, try printing files: "Stamp_with_support", which has drawn supports that should come off easily.
