This is a simple mold for making your own hamburgers at home. The internal diameter is approximately 11.5 cm, which may seem too large, but when cooked, hamburgers will shrink to their standard size. I consistently use plastic film on both the base and top of the mold to prevent meat from sticking to it and to keep ABS away from the meat.
