This is a simple, fast and efficient Morse key that requires minimal effort. All you need to do is: 1) Print the file named Key_Morse_v2_arm.stl 2) Print two copies of the file named Key_Morse_v2_support.stl 3) Finally print the file Key_Morse_v2_base.stl. The file named Key_Morse_v2_full_view should not be printed and only serves to demonstrate the assembly. To complete the key, you need several essential parts: 5 x M3 x 10 mm screws 1 x M3 x 15 mm screw 2 x 3 mm diameter washers (used to solder contacts) 4 x M3 nuts 1 x 15 mm spring. 4 x M3 x 12 mm wood screws (used to fix two supports to the base). Print Settings: Printer Brand is RepRap. Printer is Prusa I3 Rework. Rafts are yes. Supports are yes. Resolution is 0.5. Infill is 10%. Notes: PLA was used to print the key. Post-Printing: After printing, it might be necessary to use an iron file to clean up the key arm and adapt it to the two supports.
