2023-02-17 Installed a new feature - a front stabilizing lip to prevent HTs from toppling over due to excessive weight. Enjoy! I left the original design in place, just in case you prefer it. You have the final say... This HT stand has undergone significant development over roughly 12 months of refinement. I incorporated circular pads at the base for improved stability and also positioned one pad to engage with the rear clip of your radio (check out the attached photo). This modification made adjusting a secure grip for various radios much simpler. In one instance, instead of rubber feet on the base, I utilized epoxy to attach Sonicare toothbrush magnets. As these need replacement eventually, this is a clever hack. The stand works beautifully with my ammunition can storage containers! Best regards, WA6ED
