Halysites catenularia measures 12 x 7.5 x 7 centimeters in dimension. It dates back to the Silurian era. This specimen was discovered on the island of Gothland, located off the coast of Sweden. The reconstruction model was created through photogrammetry using a total of 132 photographs taken with an APS-C reflex camera in a studio setting. The project was a collaborative effort between SIGéo, CEREGE, and OSU PYTHEAS Aix-Marseille Université, completed in June 2018.
