I have designed a holder/ knob with an M4 threaded nut here. Then a screw with 12mm thread length fits in. The nut is installed during the printing process. My idea was to create a holder for a lid as the original one was defective. Installing the nut takes place through a filament change in the G-Code. This stops the print and allows me to install the nut, then I can continue with the print. The two example prints were made at 0.2mm speed due to prototyping purposes. With finer settings, it will of course be printed cleaner as well.
