As an alternative to the original holder supplied by the manufacturer, I modeled this one myself. I'm using it in the 31.8mm variant because the original stem adapter couldn't stay locked in place for more than 24 hours and constantly loosened up. The pivoting adapter for the lamp can be used either as a stock part or as a printed component. When using the original lamp adapter, I had to adjust the printed stem adapter slightly so that the part wouldn't clatter altogether. In the original design, there's a kidney-shaped washer meant to secure the screw limiting the pivoting of the lamp adapter. If the original washer is available, it will work just fine; otherwise, you need to tighten the screw carefully since not much material is available. By printing it with correct orientation, however, I achieved a light clicking effect between the stem and lamp adapters overall. Throughout, I used retaining clips where needed.
