The print job is initiated on a heated bed, where the extruder temperature is precisely set at 215 degrees Celsius. The heatbed itself undergoes a two-stage temperature adjustment: it starts at 60°C for the first layer and then cools down to 50°C afterwards. The printing plate is made of aluminum, measuring 3mm in thickness and coated with hairspray (Elnett) for added durability. Printing time is approximately one hour. The print base consists of two separate versions: a longer and a shorter one. The holder component has two distinct options: a 6mm variant designed specifically for DOT lasers and a 12mm variant suitable for line or cross lasers. The entire assembly is held together securely using M3 bolts.
