I needed a holder for the window so I could hang my friend's decoration in the window. Additionally, I also made a slit in the rod for the battery compartment. I tried out the holder at all windows in the house and it fit everywhere. To assemble, you will need a socket head screw and a small hook screw. In my case, a 3.5x16 socket head screw and a 3x30 hook screw were needed.
