This is a step-by-step guide for a compact 150W halogen lamp used in the Instructable found here: http://www.instructables.com/id/A2-overhead-corner-LEDs-lightbox-platform-extensio/. The fixture keeps the lamps level and secure on the platforms. To build it, print two "rails" at once on a bed with no supports used. There may be some minor "stringing," which can be fixed if needed by sanding or filing to make it slide smoothly across the top horizontal MDF surface with legs gripping its sides. Attach the lamp base tubes securely into place using 4 x 15mm self-tappers in pre-drilled holes on either side, then adjust as needed on-site for a snug fit.
