Charger: https://www.adafruit.com/product/2162 If you want to make the charger case, use these files, not the ones from source file. STLs are scaled slightly smaller. Two main body files are included. The main one has mounting spots and holes. The other is the original in case you want to make your own modifications. Holes fit M3 screws. May need to be drilled out more. Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: i3 MK2S Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 mm layer heights Infill: 10% Notes: Every part except the windshield needs support. Post-Printing May have to do the usual cut and sand cleanup. I initially used superglue to join the pieces. The front wheel axles need a lot of sanding to make flush. I ended up welding the axles to the body with a soldering iron. You can feed in a strip of filament as if it were solder to add plastic to gaps and add strength. Holes on the circuit-mounts may need to be drilled out a little to fit the length of the screws. Although the version I made uses wood and drilled holes, you should not have to do this since I scaled it down to fit the charger more snug. You will still need to glue the main plate in. How I Designed This Chopped off the turret, added mounts from one of my designs, put a hole through the piece, and scaled the bed to fit a square charger. Category: Electronics
