All parts come in the orientation I printed it in, but other orientations could be better. (unless it is a comfort pad or fabric) On the comfort parts, the settings are Important. Firstly, use flexible filament. In whatever slicer you use (I use Cura), set wall and top/bottom thickness to 0mm, so it doesn't print any walls or floors. Set infill type to lines, and set the infill density to something that works well with your filament (I used 15%). On the fabric, the settings are important. Use flexible filament. In whatever slicer you use (I use Cura), set wall thickness to 2-3 walls (depending on your filament), and top/bottom to 0. so it doesn't print top or bottom. set infil type to lines at 50% (or something that works better with filament). On the hard parts, the settings aren't that important, use hard fillament. Use supports and infill where you think it is needed. I printed on 0.6mm nozzle diameter and 0.4mm layer height. On the soft parts, settings aren't all that important, just use flexible filament. comfort pads and fabric should simply be tied in place using flexible filament straight off the roll, and you can use the holes that come from the infill to thread the filament through. I recommend adjusting the tightness when it is off your face, it is made so that it is in the strongest position when locked, adjusting under load might cause gear slip, which could be bad. Due to the comfort pads and fabric, it is easy enough to just slide on even when set too tight. When I use it, I remove the entire stock facial interface, and just push the headset closer to my face, it improves the FOV, but it leaks some light, I might make light blockers in the future. I recommend this, personally, I think the improved FOV is great for immersion, and having nothing around your eyes feels much nicer. I personally don't think the light leaking is that bad.
