HALO Reach - UA/HUL (3) Module

I designed my old UA/HUL module quickly in Fusion360 and printed it out fast. The holes in the shell are 3.5 mm in diameter, so you can easily cut a thread in them using M4 screws or a 4mm thread cutter. You will need three M4 x 8mm flat head screws to mount the plate securely to the shell. In the plate, there are two 4mm holes where you can attach it to your helmet. The shell has four 3mm holes that should be drilled out with a 3mm drill due to printer tolerances. Inside these holes sit three 3mm LEDs. You will also need a piece of plexiglas for the front, which should measure 12x5 mm. The rectangular cutouts on top of the shell are designed for 5mm LEDs that sit on top of a plexiglas cover. I might design a holder for these LEDs later. There is also a switch cutout on the back for a standard breadboard-friendly SPDT slide switch from Adafruit. UPDATE 14.10.2019: I designed an LED holder for 5mm LEDs. It needs to be printed in transparent filament with 20-25% infill, no supports.
