I'm testing this model for 3D printing, specifically the CNM-I variant of the Hazop helmet. Using some files I've found from 405th and community members, I made this by working them a little in MeshMixer to prep it for printing. The visor won't print with the helmet, but I'm providing a buck for vacuum forming if you'd like to vacuum form your own. I recommend scaling the visor buck with the helmet to whatever scale you choose, so that way you have a visor buck that will fit your helmet properly. The buck is made to be 1mm larger than the visor opening, leaving just enough room to glue it in place after forming.
