Halo Face Shield

Halo Face Shield

thingiverse

Inspired by 3DVerkstan's face shield, this design offers added stability thanks to its F1 halo-inspired nose bridge. Comfortably wearable over glasses, it provides a secure fit. Printed in one piece with no supports within an hour on my Prusa MK3, this design requires minimal setup time. For optimal results, PETG is recommended; PLA can also be used, but the fit may be slightly tighter due to its increased rigidity. The face shield's width corresponds to a standard A4 size. To prepare it for use, download and print the PDF face shield template, then punch the mounting slots with a hole puncher. The pegs are spaced 20mm apart, ensuring secure attachment. Use sharp scissors to cut the corners precisely. For enhanced curvature support, consider adding the Prusa Face Shield bottom reinforcement: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/25857-prusa-face-shield Your feedback is invaluable in refining this design further!
