This is a remake of the game files for the EVA Helmet from Halo 5, sourced from https://www.405th.com/forums/. The visor fits on top of the visor buck for vacuum-forming, though it doesn't fit perfectly - I've kept them separate in case someone wants a display piece. You can print the helmet as one piece using a CR-10 if you position it just right; my head might be larger than yours, so scaling may be necessary.
